About Crocodilian
A fast, transparent calculation aid for peptide reconstitution. No accounts, no tracking of your inputs — everything is worked out in your browser.
Educational and research use only — not medical advice.
Crocodilian is a calculation aid. It does not prescribe, diagnose, recommend doses, or sell any product. The peptides referenced include substances that are not approved by the FDA for human use. Always verify figures independently and consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision. You are responsible for how you use these calculations.
The formulas
Every number on the site comes from three standard reconstitution formulas:
- Concentration (mg/ml) = peptide in vial (mg) ÷ bacteriostatic water (ml)
- Volume to draw (ml) = dose (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/ml)
- Syringe units = volume (ml) × 100, since a U-100 insulin syringe holds 100 units per 1 ml
- Doses per vial = vial (mg) ÷ dose (mg), rounded down
The calculator treats the volume of bacteriostatic water as the final solution volume — the standard approximation for the small masses involved with peptides. Doses entered in micrograms are converted to milligrams (1 mg = 1000 mcg) before the calculation.
What this tool does not do
- It does not recommend or imply a dose. Pre-filled values are editable examples only.
- It does not make therapeutic or health claims.
- It does not sell, source, or link to the purchase of any peptide.
- It does not store or transmit the numbers you enter.
