BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a short synthetic peptide chain supplied as a lyophilised powder. It is typically sold in small vials, often 5 mg or 10 mg, so people usually add 1–3 ml of bacteriostatic water — but any amount works, because the water only sets the concentration.

This calculator turns your vial size, the water you add, and your dose into a concentration and the exact number of units to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe, so you do not have to do the arithmetic by hand.

How to reconstitute BPC-157

  1. 1Let both the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water reach room temperature, and wipe each rubber stopper with an alcohol swab.
  2. 2Draw the amount of bacteriostatic water you entered above into a syringe.
  3. 3Add the water slowly, aiming the stream down the inside glass wall of the BPC-157 vial rather than directly onto the powder.
  4. 4Let the powder dissolve on its own; swirl gently if needed. Do not shake.
  5. 5Once the solution is clear, read the “draw to” figure above and draw that many units on a U-100 insulin syringe.
  6. 6Store the reconstituted vial as directed by your supplier — usually refrigerated — and note the date.
